As far as your two choices...Condoleeza Rice is nothing more than a weak attempt to cross out Hillary. She is nothing more than a Bush groupie. Guilianni was in serious trouble in NYC b4 9/11. It will all come out again if he runs. He probably will...because all the republicans have is emotional and sentimental value from 9/11.
