The anti-Gingrich
Jun 14 2006, 1:08 PM EDT Newt Gingrich pulled off the 19994 reversal of Congress by getting the GOP to shut their mouths about New England moderates. To get back in power, the Democrats must tolerate conservative Dems in the south.
Just as pro-choice GOP members never get their agenda up for a vote, conservative Dems wouldn't see their agenda put through either.
