Bad on Gay marriage
Jun 5 2006, 7:11 PM EDT If marriage is the bed rock of our nation then why is nothing said about the 50% divorce rate. Let's fight with sanctions over divorce such as losing tax breaks or facing a fine for divorce. There is a real hypocracy when Christians sanction divorce and rale against Gay marriage. Democrats should offer an amendment to the Gay bill showing thes hypocracy. 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 7 2006, 6:30 PM EDT Democrats ought to focus on this issue for what it is, a distraction, a change of subject, a way to get US talking about Republican bushwa instead of the issues that really matter to America, like how we are getting raped at the gas pumps, how the Republican Congress can't make a rational energy policy to save it's soul, how the Iraq war is dragging OUR America right down the tube.
