Memo to Republicans
Apr 24 2006, 5:28 PM EDT I guess Rove is already at it again. I have watched several News shows this afternoon...including Fox (I know..I'll soon shower)...anywho...They (republicans) are now blaming enviromentalists for the gas crisis. If only we had passed Anwar..none of this would be happening. Instead of blaming a Prez and Veep deeply involved in the oil company...instead of having a windfall tax...instead of cutting out the oil companies huge tax benefits...they are seriously trying to blame enviromentalist for this problem. Fox had some screaming little elfish guy..who was debating a Green Peace fellow. You know whos side Fox was on right? I can't believe the Republicans are actually getting through their prepared rhetoric with straight faces. Now, all you can do is sit back and see how many lemmings will believe this rot. 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Memo to Republicans
Apr 24 2006, 5:50 PM EDT He indeed is back...Rove and the Republicans are dusting off the "oldy but goody"...Ban on gay marriage....Yes, it's a blast from the past. The reason that 2004 went to Bush is again being recirculated. This will motivate the "moral" right. This is all they have...Will we fall for it again? Do you find this valuable? |

It's always the way it works
May 20 2006, 10:16 PM EDT If you want to take the heat of of what "you" did or are doing, blame it all on the other guy! If you can keep the public looking at what the "other" guy is doing all the time, they won't have time to see what it is that you are doing. Rove does this very well, and he will keep on doing it till to keep the heat off of what Bush and the Republicans in congres have done, and are still doing. Dems need to take the lead, keep the subject on what they want to discuss, of cousre first they need to unite and take a stand on the issues. If the sit back and let Rove play the same old game they will end up defending themselves instead of attacking what this administration has done, and will keep on doing unless there is a change. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: It's always the way it works
Apr 21 2008, 8:46 PM EDT Rowe must have some friends at Bishop Ludden Senior Apartments. We have one resident who blames everything on the Democrats and the Clintons. Just because he is well-read. Oh, it is alright for them to hate and to trash the Democrats and the Clintons. But if we criticize "Big Brother Bush and his Imperial Administration. We are bad unpatriotic citizens. Oh, I know they are much older than I. It isn't fair that Zed and his Republican and so-so Democrat friends always have the floor. Now they are blaming the Energy Crisis on the Democrats. So I am disgusted with them. Jane, whose believes in America, has faith, hope and trust in our democratic process. I am proud to be Democrat Do you find this valuable? |
