Democrats Winning 2008
Apr 19 2006, 11:24 AM EDT I have received a lot of solicitations to contribute to the Party, particularly from Al Gore. I would be happy to contribute when I see the platform that stresses the need for a leadership team that can bring excellent management and control to the White House. Heck with the issues - a strong management team can work these out collegially at National and International levels.. Attack the Republicans on mismanagement, fiscal irresponsibility, incompetence, lack of trust, and a need for change. I see the criticism coming out of the democrats, but do not see the management platform. I am a Democrat, but I will vote for McCain unless a management candidate runs for the Democrats. Mark Warner comes to mind for one. Bob Drake Retired Federal SES-5 and winner of 3 Hammer Awards 3 out of 9 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Democrats Winning 2008
Apr 19 2006, 11:45 AM EDT I thought of swinging toward McCain as well...until, I saw the foolishness he's pulling now...I think John and Hillary have both been taken by pods somewhere and replaced with...I don't know what. Her moving to the center to pick up votes...or him moving further right and under Bush's thumb to pick up votes...Both, have confused me... If Hillary doesn't snap out of it...I'm looking more closely at Biden...Heck Gore has turned into a real pistol as of late...There are better choices out there...Don't go to the dark side... 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Apr 19 2006, 3:41 PM EDT McCain comes across as a guy with common sense and as someone who is no idealogue, but don't kid yourself. He is a conservative. Once he went after the theocrats like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell and now he's in bed with them. Elect McCain--More of the Same! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
