Apr 19 2006, 10:54 AM EDT Michigander here, rural Michiganders are paying a heavy price when at the gas pumps. We pay somtimes up to 15 cents more on a gallon of gas than in the neighboring towns, weekends, gas can go up 20 cents a gallon and then back down on the weekdays and they get away with it.
