If you believe that this is a just world and that all that should be, will be, then it is only fitting that Pretender Bush be impeached (indicted!) and President Al Gore be elected (re-elected?) in 2008.
Gore should simply apologize for 2000, for his weakness, or naivety. For not standing up as he should have, demanding, not for him but for us, that the votes be counted, ALL the votes, and then just move on, all the way to the White House. |

Al Gore is the only person qualified to be president. He doen't need to 'run' for president, all he has to do is show up at the convention and he will be nominated. Why run all over the country trumping up votes that he already has. Think of the money he will save the Dems. I can't imagine wanted to take on this mess that the
GOP is leaving behind, it will take years to undo the damage, but we need an articulate, sincere person who can search for answers to problems with honesty and integrity. This country has been run like a frat house for too long. Time to grow up and face the issues and problems and DO something about them. Can you imagine how far $500,000,000.00 would have gone in researching a more fuel efficient economy? This time around I want my vote counted! |

Gore should take his rightful place as President of the U.S. He was elected and by any reasonable standard should be running this country. This time count the votes, make a paper trail even if it takes a month to tally the results - do not leave t his important job to judges to pick "their" president.

I was devasted and deeply saddened when he lost in 2000, I vowed never to get my citzenship if the greatest country would elect a criminal under the auspices of "The Presidency"-that is our current president, George W Bush-fraud and fascist. Look what that stolen presidency has given us-a forgotten domestic agenda, an unwarranted war, our resources streched too thin-the working poor, and middle class folks are funding this war, and their descendants will as well.
If Gore runs for 2008, I will get my citzenship-I was too disenfranchised in 2000. I implore Americans to get up off their asses and take their country back, let's send George back to his home state of Texas-he can continue to be pompous, misguided and arrogant, and wallow in his tepid record of American politics! |
